We had Roger and Jakob come out and fix our furnace. At first it didnt seem like the problem was fixed so they came back out (much faster than I would have thought they would be able to), diagnosed the issue and fixed it! Thank you very much!

As a general contractor with decades of industrial, commercial, and residential construction experience, I truly appreciate Classic Plumbing and Heating's integrity and professionalism. From my first contact with Ashley to schedule the service call, to Jakob coming out to diagnose and do the repair, they were fantastic! They will now be my go-to company for both my business and personal needs, as well as when friends and family inevitably call me looking for someone to help with their mechanical woes. :)

Our water on demand system had an error code, and I once again called Classic Plumbing and Heating in Gaylord and they fixed it the next day. Jake came out, and after a few simple questions he diagnosed the problem and the system was up and running in 15 minutes. I barely had enough time to eat my sandwich! Also, thank to you Ashley, who took my calls and responded to emails and was able to get us on their schedule. I didn't think Classic Plumbing and Heating could top their last visit to our house, but once again they proved why I give them five-stars. Thank you!

The contractor that installed our new tankless water boiler system retired and unfortunately it needed service during the warranty period. I called several contractors in our area with no luck, but Classic Heating and Plumbing came to the rescue. From the initial phone call, both Ashley and Kathie were helpful and professional and scheduled a technician to come to our house the next day. We have a complicated system but Roger diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, and ordered the parts directly from the manufacturer as the system was under warranty. The new parts were installed about a week later, and Classic even called in a regional technician who works for the manufacturer to inspect our particular situation (because it was so unusual), and he made a few modifications and suggested a retrofit to the existing exhaust system. Roger is going to come make the adjustments, and I look forward to seeing him again. On his recommendation, and based on their superior service, I am going to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan. I can honestly say that I've never worked with such kind, honest, and helpful people. Thank you, Classic Heating and Plumbing

Our furnace went out last week. No one in our area would even return our calls. We got ahold of Classic Plumbing and Heating just for an appropriate price. We told them what was going on. They told us that they would come down and install a furnace at a great price! They were fast, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this company. They did what they said they would do. I lost my furnace during winter. I called and within an hour they came out assessed the problem. Gave me a competitive price and the day they could do the work. I got back with them that afternoon and they got me up and running in two days. Very consciences guys doing the work and clean up. I would recommend them for work.

I’ve had Dave out to my house twice in the last 3 weeks for two separate issues. First a pressure switch on my well to get my water back working and second to get my furnace working right. Both times he was fast on coming out, getting the job done right and professional!! I also appreciate how he is reasonable priced and takes care of his customers like family!!

Above and beyond, compassion and professionalism are a few of the words to describe Jamie and Mike and the company they represent Classic Plumbing and Heating. Not to mention the quality work. They took a difficult situation that my 86 year old father presented for them, handled him as if he was their father. Explained everything to him and reassured him they would take care of him. Doing all this while they were in constant communication with me by phone( I live 4 hours away). This is what you call customer service something that is hard to find in this day and age. Grateful that I came across this company and could never thank them enough for what they did for my father. My father couldn't be happier and is toasty warm for a change. I highly recommend this company for quality work and caring about their customer.

A week ago this past Friday (Feb. 1st), Mike and Adam from Classic Plumbing and Heating promptly answered a call from my son regarding a potentially catastrophic water leak at my cabin on Snowridge Trail (Elmira/Lakes of the North). While I was not personally there, my son was most complementary of his interactions with them, including not only their knowledge and skills, but also their integrity. This was a situation where they could have easily generated a far higher bill without my son or I having a clue. Please give them my most sincere thanks. We had two major leaks in our basement because of plumbing issues on the main level. I called Classic Plumbing and Heating and the tech (Adam) came very quickly, resolved our problem, and the bill was fair and reasonable. We will be using their services in the future!
